Born and raised in Kirkwood, Ryan has lived most of his life in his hometown of St. Louis. After graduating Mizzou with a degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing, Ryan began his journey at Coldwell Banker Premier. He has been a licensed realtor since 2003 and has been recognized on the top 3% of all St. Louis Realtors List since 2011. Ryan's success and longevity are attributed to his dedication to client satisfaction and his continued efforts to stay one step ahead of an ever-changing market. 

While playing basketball, Larry graduated from Albion College with a Major in Economics & Management and Minor in Communications. These combined disciplines have led to a thriving since becoming a licensed realtor in 2009 when Shakofsky | Drury Real Estate began. Larry navigated a full renovation on a Glendale foreclosure he and his wife bought in 2011. Additionally, he has enabled his clients to purchase starter/move-up/luxury homes, rental/investment properties, and new builds. His extensive network, strong interpersonal skills, vast market experience, savvy negotiation skills, and commitment to client satisfaction have contributed to the team selling $20+ million annually since 2011. 

Tannin is a St. Louis City and County native & wife and mom to 2 children. She has worked in the client experience industry for 25+ years. She has been invested in real estate for 20+ years as her husband owns and operates a local residential construction company.
